George leads ADM’s EMEA savory creation, design & development team. He joined ADM in 2021 as a global plant-based solutions accelerator. With a passion for food science and technologies, George has contributed to the development of some of the great flavored meat alternative products on the market today. Prior to ADM, he worked as a lead scientist focusing on plant-based proteins and the texturizing and use of flavors & colors in meat alternative products. George holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Technology, and a Ph.D. in Food Process Technology.
