Steph leads the CPG team at Circana, responsible for ensuring their UK clients are realising the value of their superior technology, advanced analytics, cross-industry data, and expertise, to take more informed decisions, inspired actions, and unlock growth. With over 20 years experience in the FMCG industry, holding numerous roles at Unilever, Britvic and dunnhumby, she has worked with a huge number of FMCGs across all categories in UK retailers. Steph’s experience in the GB Rowing Team, culminating in a World Championship gold, has also played a key role in developing her knowledge of team leadership and the drivers of high performance.
