Michel is Global Innovation Program Director, RE-IMAGINE PROTEIN® at IFF, leading the innovation roadmap in alternative proteins. He has deep insight into and broad experience in food technology and product development especially in the field of proteins, but also hydrocolloids, sensory science and IP. He has 20+ years experience in leading major technology and innovation projects at global level. Michel holds a PhD in Food Physics from Wageningen University. Before IFF he worked with global food company for 22 years, where his last affiliation was Head of Research.
