Bertel has more than 15 years’ experience in the healthy and sustainable food sector. He started his career with Biona, the organic pioneer brand in the UK. Currently he heads up the product and sustainability teams at Rude Health, a certified BCorp and a prominent challenger brand in cereals, snacks and dairy alternative drinks. Bertel grew up on an organic farm in Wales, so he brings a deep understanding of sustainable agriculture into his role to develop and launch products in the UK market and beyond.
