Food has always been a love and passion, so Matthew feels incredibly fortunate to have worked in the world of product development for coming up to 20 years. He spent 10 years working at M&S developing and sourcing amazing products. His current role as Innovation & Product Development Director at the Compleat Food group, has allowed him to help nudge the consumer towards what they should eat more of, work closely with retailers on designing their product ranges, incubate brands and drive the innovation agenda in its portfolio of brands; Vadasz, Squeaky Bean, Unearthed, Walls etc
