Luke is a Chemical Engineer with a Master’s degree from Queen's University Belfast and TU Delft. With extensive experience at Unilever, Luke contributed to R&D across diverse sectors including personal care, home care, ice cream, beverages, and tea. In 2020, he joined THIS, a forward-thinking plant-based food company, where he now leads the award winning innovation team. Passionate about making a positive impact, Luke drives product development and creative initiatives aimed at transforming the food industry and supporting sustainable change.
