Nicolas is the co-founder and CEO of vly, a Berlin-based FoodTech startup developing the healthiest dairy alternatives. The vly Barista milk alternatives based on pea protein has won the best product award in the repurchase category in 2022 in Germany and vly has sold over 15 million units of product since launch in 2020. Before vly, Nicolas has worked as a nutritionist and management consultant and studied Medicine as well as Financial Economics at the University of Oxford.
